This is the Huawei P30 Pro, probably
IT LOOKS LIKE Huawei will have few surprises in store at its Paris launch event next week, as the P30 and P30 Pro have leaked in full.
That’s thanks to Evleaks, naturally, who this week tweeted high-quality images of both devices just days ahead of their official unveiling.
While there wasn’t much we didn’t already know about the flagship duo, the leak confirms that the P30 and P30 Pro will feature Huawei’s signature multicolour gradient design, with the higher-spec Pro model debuting an all-new fiery red variant.

The leak also confirms that, as expected, the P30 Pro will feature a quad-camera setup on its backside, which is rumoured include a time of flight (ToF) sensor for depth-of-field detection and a 10k hybrid zoom periscope-style lens. The regular P30 will feature a triple camera array complete with a 5x hybrid zoom system, according to rumours.
Around the front, both the P30 and P30 Pro feature a OnePlus 6T-style teardrop notch, and the lack of rear-mounted fingerprint scanner suggests Huawei is going to integrate the fingerprint sensor in the display just like Samsung did with the Galaxy S10.
Evleaks’ images also hint that Huawei will offer P30 buyers a free Sonos One speaker, outdoing Samsung’s offer of free wireless Galaxy Buds with the S10.
Seperately, MySmartPrice has published additional details about the flagships, confirming that both handsets will feature a 7nm Kirin 980 processor, Huawei SuperCharge fast charging support and, for the first time, wireless charging.
If you can believe it, that’s not all we know about the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro. Pricing details leaked earlier this week, revealing that the P30 will be available from €749 (£640), and the P30 Pro from €999 (£855).
Huawei will be unveiling the Pro and P30 Pro on 26 March, and INQ will be there to bring you all of the latest. µ
